We offer a FREE VALUATION service, with no obligation, where we will happily answer any property related matters with open and honest advice. We charge 1.5% of the selling price for the sale of the property.

Once instructed we will advertise your property in the best way possible – including the erection of a For Sale sign, local advertisements, and of course here on our website.
